    The newly established Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) has scheduled a series of listening sessions across the state that is intended for soliciting feedback from the public on draft regulations necessary for the implementation of the new Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Law (PFML). MPSA encourages you to attend and share your comments on the implementation of these impactful regulations. At the hearings you will have the opportunity to present public testimony including data, views, or arguments related to the proposed draft regulations. Written presentations may be sent to MassPFML@Mass.gov

    Listening hearings will be held throughout the state at the following locations and dates:

    Boston
    Wednesday, January 30
    2–3:30 p.m.
    State House, 24 Beacon St., Gardner Auditorium

    Springfield
    Friday, February 1
    11 a.m.–1 p.m.
    Department of Industrial Accidents, 436 Dwight St., 3rd floor

    Lawrence
    Monday, February 4
    11 a.m.–1 p.m.
    MassHire Career Center, 255 Essex St.

    Worcester
    Tuesday, February 5
    2–4 p.m.
    Chamber of Commerce, 311 Main St., Suite 200

    Greenfield
    Friday, February 8
    11 a.m.–1 p.m.

    Hyannis
    Monday, February 11

    Please make sure to bring a form of identification with you when attending a hearing.
